Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following—other duties as assigned:
Education and/or Experience: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
10 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation and/or within the transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of contract law.
Systems Training: Must have strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with As400 is an asset.
Special Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
